At Miss Elly’s Let’s All Swim, we strive to provide a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all our swimmers and their families. To ensure everyone has a positive experience, we’ve established the following policies. Please take a moment to review them before joining us for your lessons.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed sessions without prior notice will be charged in full.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone or email.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your spot.
We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, online payments, etc.].
Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, but we’re happy to reschedule with proper notice.
Discounts are available for siblings and multi-session bookings.
Safety Guidelines
All swimmers must follow the instructions of our instructors at all times.
Parents/guardians are responsible for their children outside of lesson times.
Swimmers should arrive ready for their lesson (e.g., in swimwear with goggles and towels).
Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs before the lesson begins.
Code of Conduct
Swimmers and parents/guardians treat instructors, staff, and fellow swimmers with respect.
Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of lessons.
Please keep the facility clean and tidy for everyone’s enjoyment.
Weather & Pool Closures
In the event of severe weather or pool maintenance, lessons may be canceled for safety reasons.
We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your lesson at no additional cost.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information you provide (e.g., contact details, payment information) will only be used for the purpose of scheduling and managing your swim lessons.
